Briar Animals

October. It’s finally here! Of course this means the prerequisite spice-scented candles and pumpkin patch-laden Instagram posts, but most importantly to us here at Briar, it means our animal bonnet collection is live! We’ve eagerly anticipated getting these into your hands for some time and so appreciate receiving your input on The Briar Society Facebook page regarding what you wanted to see. And so, without further ado, I’m so happy to introduce you to this year’s Lion, Arctic Bear, Brown Bear, and Black Cat.

We have also restocked our Fantasy Collection, which means Dragon, Wildling, and Direwolf will all be available and ready to ship as of today. I’m so glad that we are able to bring you these bonnets just in time for Halloween. There is seriously nothing I love more than seeing the photos you share with us of all the adorable outfits you come up with for your littles.

As we prepared the Animal Collection I couldn’t help but have a soft spot for the Lion, as I remembered when my (now 7 year old) son was a lion for his first Halloween. I can still picture his sweet little face poking out of the fuzzy fleece hood, crawling on the ground. If only we had a lion bonnet back then! You can believe he would have been wearing it long past Halloween, and into the cooler winter months. These bonnets are warm and so comfy, and are made in gorgeous neutral-toned, natural-fiber fabrics that pair beautifully with your little one’s everyday wear, adding just a bit of whimsy. Best of all, you’ll get to see their sweet little faces framed by touches of fur and little ears as often as you’d like. Of course, I’m a bit jealous my boy is too old for all that now, so I guess I’ll just have to live vicariously through all of you and the fun you’ll have this season incorporating our Animal and Fantasy Collections into the wardrobes of your babes.

In anticipation of this release our team had some fun expanding on costume ideas that pair perfectly with these collections, so take a look and be inspired, or come up with your own creative combo. The possibilities are endless!
