The Endless Summer Giveaway - Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:

The Endless Summer Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is open to those who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Briar Baby and the participating brands, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.

2. Giveaway Period:

The Giveaway begins on June 6, 2024, at 12:00 AM Pacifc Time ("PT") and ends on June 14, 2024, at 11:59 PM PT (the "Giveaway Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.

3. How to Enter:

To enter the Giveaway, participants must submit their email address via the official entry form located at https://briarbaby.myflodesk.com/endless-summer-giveaway. By entering the Giveaway, participants agree to subscribe to newsletters from all participating brands: Joey, Snapperrock, Kid & Coe, and Babiators. You may unsubscribe at any time.

4. Prize Details:

The total prize pool for the Giveaway is valued at $1,200. Prizes include gift cards or shop credit from the participating brands. Prize details are subject to change at the discretion of Briar Baby.

5. Winner Selection:

Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winners will be notified via email within five (5) days following the end of the Giveaway Period.

6. Prize Claim:

To claim their prize, winners must respond to the winner notification email within seven (7) days and provide any requested information. Failure to respond within the specified time period may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

7. General Conditions:

Briar Baby reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway at any time for any reason without prior notice. By entering the Giveaway, participants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of Briar Baby, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway.

8. Privacy Policy:

By entering the Giveaway, participants agree to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information by Briar Baby and the participating brands for the purpose of administering the Giveaway and in accordance with each participant's Privacy Policy as listed below:

9. Governing Law:

The Giveaway and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Washington, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
